From September 2020 onwards, MYIU has collaborated with ktown4u for a 40% discount for IU's album. To save overseas shipping fees, MYIU will open a group order for IU's new album as well.
You may buy the album from ktown4u or join MYIU's group order. The differences are listed here.

NON RETURN ALBUM (DONATION)

1 .What is a non return album?
A non-return album is a fansupport where UAENAs donate money to buy IU's new album. These albums will not be shipped back to Malaysia. The international shipping cost is saved to increase the physical sales volume of IU's new album.
To put it simply, this is like a piggy bank where we save our money together and bulk order IU albums. (Physical album will not be shipped back)
2 .Why do we need to buy non-return album ?
To boost IU's physical album sales.
3 .Where will the albums go ?
The albums will be donated to charitable organizations in Korea. (Proofs of donation will be provided)

Physical Album
Q: Is it possible for me to order the physical album and simultaneously make a donation for the non-return album?
A: Yes. Just state your purpose clearly at the references in your proof of transaction.

Q: How long do I need to wait for the physical album to arrive if I order through MYIU?
A: Maybe it'll take a bit longer than those who order from ktown4u as we'll send it together with the benefit pack. MYIU will send the albums as soon as possible once we finish packing the albums.
Non Return Album
Q: What are non-return albums?
A: Non return album = NO PHYSICAL ALBUM send to your side. This is solely to boost IU's album sales.

Q: The purpose of doing non-return?
A: Non-return enables us to buy more albums at a cheaper price. We hope to give our best cheering and support to our beloved IU under KU-aena's name.

Q: How do we know the total non-return sales we've achieved?
A: The total amount of donation will be shown on IUMYDOTCOM X ktwon4u's donation page. Moreover, proofs will be provided from our side under Malaysia Uaena (KU-aena) name so no worries.

Q: Where will the non-return albums go?
A: It will be donated to school/cafe/other places for publicity in order to increase sales and its popularity.
Q: Will the non-return albums be reflected on Hanteo and Gaon charts?
A: Yes. Absolutely.

Q: Is the non-return album limited to one time donation per person?
A: Nope. You can donate as much as you want and there's no limited time of transaction. As long as your donation information (we‘ll take your email as registration) remains the same, your donation will be accumulated. [more info about benefits pack is already stated above]

Q: I don't wish to receive the benefit pack, can I still make a donation for the non-return album?
A: Yes. Please state in your form CLEARLY when you donate to us. Do note that there will be no benefit packs for those who choose to donate via ktown4u's page directly.
Q: What will we get if we reach the goals? ($1000 donation)
A: We will have a chance to have IU poster displayed in Ktown4u physical shop.
